Customer satisfaction in the plant is our objective

As a system supplier, our overall objective is to make sure that our products can be processed efficiently at our customers‘ production facility. Our service team follows up the production of every equipment we supply and releases them before shipment to the customer. It provides expert support on site at the tool maker and at the manufacturing plant and ensures correct integration in the tool and in the press. Our support includes on demand training and maintenance in serial production.

By having RIFAST equipment paired with your RIFAST fasteners, you have a complete support system between raw fasteners and final products. Our service team is on stand-by to assist with tool integration, equipment installation, training, and maintenance to ensure that the customer is supported and best prepared to run the equipment. Our service team can travel globally to facilitate any customer issues and ensure smooth-running systems. RIFAST works as a full-service provider by offering complete support with fasteners, equipment, performance, and world-class service.

 

Equipment integration directly at the tool shop

On site expertise for an optimal equipment assembly into the tool. Ensuring the performance of a mechanical joint is often a matter of fine adjustments and set ups and requires a long term expertise that most of the tool shops cannot aford to have in house. Our service team supports them by assemblying and integrating our punching heads and tool junction box optimally into the serial tool and to validate the assembly process by performing validation loops on dedicated presses upon availability. This early involvement ensures great time and capacity savings at later stages of the ramp up on the serial press.

Equipment installation in the serial manufacturing plant

A successful ramp up, whether in a press shop or in the body shop, requires great focus and expertise to ensure parts conformity. Many activities must be executed right in order to minimize downtimes impacting the serial production. Our service experts make sure that our equipment is installed optimally with as little impact as possible and are here to react very quickly in case of unplanned events. Adjustments that would cause unacceptable delays because of lack of specific knowledge can be performed much quicker making the whole installation process much more efficient.

Scheduled Maintenance, Remote Troubleshooting
and Service Calls

We provide a comprehensive range of spare parts to ensure the replacement of components subject to wears or in case of break. Our service team supports by doing the specific maintenance activities and are here to react quickly in case of unplanned issues. We can provide multiple maintenance concepts reaching out from single on demand service or multi year agreements contracts.

Dedicated training sessions for a perfect 
knowledge of our products

We provide comprehensive explainations to make sure that our equipment can be used independantly by operators. Our training sessions can take place on site, in German, English or upon demand in other languages with a translator. If required this training can be provided for each production shift. Our focus is to make sure that the working instructions are well understood, that the operators know how to deal with failures and to ensure the manufacturing plant gets familiar with our maintenance concept.
